Policies

Retreats:  A 50% deposit is required 6 months in advance of the Retreat date.  The remaining fee is due 3 months prior to the Retreat date.

100% refund less a $50 administration fee 60 days prior to Retreat date; 50% refund 30 days prior to Retreat date.  No refund is available 29 days and up to Retreat date.  Your registration is transferable to another guest but it is your responsibility to make arrangements with the guest.

(Retreats have a maximum of 8 participants and are first come first serve)

Workshops:  A 50% deposit is required to secure your space in a workshop three weeks prior to the workshop date.  We require 5 days notice for a reschedule/cancellation of a workshop due to our limited space.  In the event 5 days notice is not given the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
